DATED : 7 th AUGUST, 2015 Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to take up appropriate proceedings. We are satisfied that such a liberty can be granted since the applicant has alternate remedy. We, therefore, make the following order.

ORDER.

Criminal Writ Petition No.945/2014 is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to take up such steps as are permissible under law.

If an application under Section 14 is made, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. JUDGE JUDGE Hirekhan
