Shri C. S. Kaptan, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, states that since this Court had not granted interim relief in the matter and the respondent to whom the contract is awarded has done some work in pursuance of the contract, the petitioner is desirous of withdrawing this writ petition so that the petitioner could file a civil suit for seeking the appropriate relief.

In view of the aforesaid statement, we permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. The points raised in the petition are kept open. JUDGE JUDGE KHUNTE
