The learned A.P.P. submits that about ten Quintal Toor dal was recovered from a dhaba run by the applicant.

Looking to the present scenario of smuggling, black marketing and illegal stocks of Toor dal, I do not think that the applicant deserves anticipatory bail.

In view of above, Criminal Application No.580/2015 is rejected.
