Both the parties to the present petition have come up with a sort of proposal that as the suit is old one and is of the year 2013 and as the evidence-in-chief is filed, there is every possibility that in near future the suit will be decided finally, the present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to maintain the status quo as regards the construction.

In the above referred backdrop, as both the parties are ready to maintain the status quo with an understanding that both the parties will co-operate the trial Court to decide the suit at the earliest, the writ petition is disposed of in above terms with a direction to the trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously and in any case not beyond six months.

The writ petition is disposed of.
