The applicant has apprehension of arrest in connection with Crime No.212 of 2025 registered with Police Station Girad, District Wardha for the offence punishable under Section 105 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

It is alleged that due to electric wire installed on the fencing of the field the son of the complainant died and thereafter she has lodged the complaint after 10 months. The interim protection was granted by this Court. 3.

The learned APP has stated that electric wire is already seized and the applicant is attending the police station as per the condition imposed upon him. Kavita

Considering the allegations against this applicant and the First Information Report came to be lodged after 10 months of the death of the son of the complainant. custodial interrogation of this applicant is not required. Hence, the interim protection granted on 18.09.2025 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions except condition No. iv.

i] The application is allowed.

ii] The order dated 18.09.2025 granting ad-interim anticipatory bail is confirmed.

iii] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer.

iv] The application stands disposed of.
