MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL APPLICATION STAMP NO. 20318/2023. We have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the grounds of review.

We do not find any error apparent on the face of record for the reason that all the questions sought to be raised by the applicant in the review application can always be raised in the proceedings under Section 140 of the Maharashtra Universities Act, 2016 (for short, 'the said Act') including the incompetence of the Vice Chancellor to have entertained the grievances raised by the non-applicant no.3 as to the eligibility of the applicant. The review application is therefore not entertained. The same is disposed of. 3.

We may only observe that if the applicant invokes the remedy provided under Section 140 of the said Act, the proceedings shall be considered expeditiously.
