Civil Application No.2482/2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

This is an application by petitioners for adding applicant as proposed additional petitioner, he is contending that his case is similar to that of the petitioners and also entitled for the reinstatement as claimed by the petitioners.

Considering the facts in the application, the same is liable to be allowed. Petitioners to add applicant as petitioner no.12 on making payment of requisite court fees. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Civil Application stands disposed of.
