Heard Mrs. Deshpande, learned AGP for the appellant and Shri Mehta, learned counsel for the applicant - respondent - land owner.

It is not in dispute that the controversy in the present matter is covered by the orders passed by this Court today in CAF No. 387 of 2015 in First Appeal No. 784 of 2015, as the lands have been acquired under the very same Section 4 Notification and the Reference Court, which has decided the Reference, has delivered the common judgment.

In the circumstances, with same directions and observations, we dispose of the present civil application.
