The application filed by the applicants is nothing but an abuse of the process of law. Under the garb of an application for speaking to the minutes, a totally new cause of action is sought to be made out in the application. The application is, therefore, rejected with costs quantified at Rs.5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand Only) to be paid to the Chief Minister's Drought Relief Fund, within a period of two weeks from today and the receipt thereof be placed on the record of the proceedings of this matter.
