The petitioner is seeking to quash the Show Cause Notice dated 23.08.2023 by which the Tahsildar has called the explanation of petitioner regarding activities noted on the petitioner's motor vehicle under GPS tracking. The petitioner has replied to said notice on 11.09.2023. According to the petitioner, no further action has been taken.

Having regard to the above facts, we do not see any reason to entertain the petition. The petition stands disposed of.

The petitioner is at liberty to raise the challenge if any action is taken.
