2) Since the remedy of appeal is available to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file appeal against the final order, if any passed in view of the show-cause notice.

3) In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

4) The petitioner undertakes to file additional affidavit before the Competent Authority, which will be considered by the said Authority.
