By preferring this appeal, the appellant has challenged the order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-13 and Special Judge, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Nagpur in Special Case No.36/2022 dated 24/09/2024 rejecting the bail application of the present appellant.

Heard learned Counsel for the appellant to some extent. On perusal of the investigation papers shows that the specific role is attributed to the present appellant by one of the eye-witness namely Abhishek. Considering the same, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. 3.
In view of that, learned Counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the application. 4.
Permission is granted.

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

The fees of the appointed Counsel be quantified as per rules.
