By the present application, the applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 10 days whereas office has objected and counted delay of 13 days. It is contended on behalf of learned counsel for the applicants that she has been appointed as counsel from the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur and therefore in processing the application for providing counsel to the applicants from legal aid panel some delay is caused.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay of 13 days caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned.
