Submission is, 35 hectares of land, involved in the writ petition, in fact belongs to the WCL as it is coal bearing land.

In this situation, though learned counsel for the petitioners is opposing the prayer, we allow the civil application.

Accordingly, the applicant be added as party respondent No.4 by carrying out suitable amendment .....2/-

Respondent-WCL has filed this civil application for modification of interim orders. The petitioners to file the reply, if any, to it within a period of one week from today.
