"Learned counsel for the respondent no.

2, on instructions, submits that respondent no. 2 has withdrawn the tender under question.

In the light of above, nothing survives in the petition, however, learned counsel for the petitioners has made a request to adjourn the matter for one week for taking instructions.

Stand over to 27-8-2024. Matter be listed high on board."

2] The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that appropriate orders may be passed in view of the submissions made by respondent no.2.
