DATED : NOVEMBER 14, 2019 At the outset Mr. Bhandarkar, learned counsel for the applicants submits that there are various mistakes in the present application for bail which cannot be corrected even by filing application for amendment. Therefore, he submits that permission be granted to withdraw the present application with a liberty to file detailed application afresh. The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file application afresh.

It is made clear that case of the present applicant is not heard on its own merits.
