The learned Counsel for the applicant seeks extension of time to deposit the amount of Rs.75,000/-. On 15.09.2025, the order was passed and the direction was given to deposit the arrears of maintenance amount. 2.

On 22.09.2025, the applicant has deposited Rs.1,00,000/-. The remaining amount is required to be deposited on 03.10.2025. As the amount is not arranged, the applicant seeks permission to deposit Rs.75,000/- on 03.10.2025 and the remaining amount of 10.10.2025. 3.

The applicant is allowed to deposit Rs.75,000/- on 03.10.2025 and the remaining amount on 10.10.2025 till then the execution proceedings bearing No.109/2025 before the Family Court is stayed.
