DATE : 18.2.2016 Heard Shri A.R. Pande, advocate for the applicant and Shri S.S. Doifode, A.P.P. for the non-applicant.

The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending arrest in Crime No290/2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 465, 468, 473 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that the F.I.R. does not show the name of the applicant and he has been falsely implicated, and only on the alleged say of accused the F.I.R. came to be registered against him. It is submitted that the applicant has no concern with the alleged crime and he had not been involved in any crime, earlier. It is further submitted that four co-accused are released on bail and another

2 aba595.15 co-accused is protected by an ad-interim order passed by this Court on her application seeking pre-arrest bail. It is prayed that the applicant be protected by granting pre-arrest bail.

The learned A.P.P. has submitted that the allegations against the accused are that they are involved in a racket of fabricating documents such as caste certificate, non-creamylayer certificate, income tax certificate and are using stamps, seals of authorities and forging their signatures also. It is submitted that the activities are carried on in a room taken on rent and the statement of owner of the room shows that the applicant is tenant of the room where the activities are going on.

Considering the material on the record and the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to consider the prayer made in the application. The application is rejected. No orders as to costs. CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPP) NOS.1282/2015 & 1283/2015. In view of disposal of main application, these applications do not survive and are disposed of accordingly. No orders as to costs.
