Shri M.A.Sable, advocate for the respondent No.2 has submitted that the grievance of the petitioner does not survive as she is reinstated, is receiving her regular salary and is paid salary from 1st September, 2015. The learned advocate for the petitioner does not dispute this. The respondent No.2 has filed an affidavit tendering unconditional apology.

In the above facts, in my view, the contempt proceedings are not required to be continued further, specially as the cognizance is not yet taken. The contempt petition is disposed. Notice of contempt is discharged. The parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE RRaut..
