For the reasons stated in the application, more particularly paragraphs 2, 3 & 4 which deal with procedural and administrative difficulties, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

CAF 418 OF 2015 Submission of learned AGP is that exorbitant rate of compensation is awarded without sufficient material placed on record. Learned AGP prays for interim order. Ad-interim stay subject to the appellant-State deposits entire decretal amount of the compensation as awarded by the Reference Court, in this Court within 8 weeks from today.
