Rule. Shri A.S. Fulzele, learned Additional Government Pleader, waives service of notice of hearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2. By consent, heard finally.

The learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the proposal dated 31-8-2023 was acknowledged by the office of the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur on 8-9-2023 and the same is still pending with it.

The issue raised in this petition pertains to the grant of approval to the transfer of the petitioner.

In this background, we direct respondent No.2- Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur to decide the proposal for grant of approval to the transfer of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three weeks from today.
