It reveals from the FIR that the applicants kidnapped a minor girl aged 12 years forcibly by taking away her in a jeep and then tied her mouth, etc. It appears that further serious incident was stalled because of the mobile call received by the girl while being in the moving vehicle as the accused persons changed their mind. The applicants do not deserve any sympathy. Hence, the order.:
