Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

The applicants have been arrested in connection with Crime No.3067/2015 registered with Police Station Mukutban, Dist. Yavatmal for an offence punishable under Sections 294, 506, 143, 34 of the IPC and Section 3 (1) (x) of the SC & ST (prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

The applicants were arrested on 22.10.2015 and are in jail since then. Perusal of the FIR and allegations prima facie seems to be of general nature in relation to the abuses in the name of caste.

Be that as it may, the applicants are in jail for sufficient time. Hence, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.859/2015 is allowed.

ba859.15 (ii) Applicant no.1-Anil Namdeo Thawri, applicant no.2-Anil Suresh Wandhare and applicant no.3-Santosh Kawadu Thawri, be released on bail on they furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount in relation to Crime No. 3067/2015 registered with Police Station Mukutban, Dist. Yavatmal for an offence punishable under Sections 294, 506, 143, 34 of the IPC and Section 3 (1) (x) of the SC & ST (prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

(iii) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
