This Court vide order dated 08.08.2019, has allowed partial withdrawal of the amount on certain condition. Respondent no.1 / claimant has expired and hence her legal heirs [total 5] are facing difficult to supply bank accounts details, as there cannot be a joint account for 5 persons.

Considering said exigency, the application

Order 0212caf4293.19 is allowed. Legal heirs of respondent no.1 are permitted to furnish their individual bank details to the Nazir department of the Registry of this Court as well as to the Reference Court, and the said Department is directed to distribute the amount equally as per their shares, on necessary compliance of the earlier order. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
