By the order impugned the learned Additional Commissioner has quashed the order of the learned Collector disqualifying the respondent no.6 from the post of Sarpanch/Member of Gram Panchayat Kadholi and remanded the matter back to the learned Collector for deciding it afresh. Considering the fact that the order is of remand and therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. However, after disqualification of respondent no.6, petitioner no.2 is already elected as Sarpanch. In that view of the matter till the learned Collector decides the matter afresh, the petitioner no.2 shall continue as Sarpanch.

The learned Collector shall endeavour to decide the matter within a period of three months from the date of
