It is stated on behalf of the respondent - College that the petitioner has not paid the arrears of difference of fees to the College, as directed by the judgment, dated 22.4.2016 in Writ Petition No.1338/2016. It is stated that the petitioner has not paid the fees, that are liable to be paid by the open category student.

Shri Parsodkar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would immediately pay the fees, that are liable to be paid by the open category student, to the respondent - College.

0612wp6440.16.odt If the fees are so paid, the respondent - University should issue the mark-sheets of the 6th and 8th Semester Examinations, to the petitioner. The College may release the documents including the transfer certificate only after the fees are paid.

With these observations and directions, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
