30/10/ The present application is filed by highest bidder in respect of Venkateshwara Edusupport Ltd. This Court vide order dated 27/07/2023 granted one month time to deposit the amount i.e. Rs.3,49,08,000/- being highest bidder. By this application, the applicant is seeking further three months time to deposit the amount.

In my considered opinion, there is no attempts made to deposit any part of the said payment. As such, time as prayed for, can be extended only subject to condition that the applicant should deposit 25% of total amount

The time is extended by another three months subject to deposit 25% of total amount of bid within a period of two weeks.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
