0102aba 590.604.15. odt The complaint is that the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- was taken by the accused persons from the complainant to provide an employment as Shikshan Sevak. The complaint is that no proposal was sent for approval, and upon insistence of the complainant, an amount of Rs.20,000/- was refunded by the applicant-Hemant Madavi. The remaining amount is also required to be recovered from the accused persons. In such an event, no case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail. Both these criminal applications are rejected. Judge.
