These are applications for restoration of the writ petition and for condonation of delay in moving the application for restoration. The writ petition stood dismissed due to non-removable of office objections by the order of the learned Registrar dated 14.07.2017. For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. Consequently the delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored, subject to the learned counsel for the petitioner removing the office objections within a period of one week from today.
