In Crime No.184/2015 registered with Police Station, Koradi, Dist. Nagpur for an offence punishable under Sections 304, 498-A, read with Section 34 of the IPC, the applicants have been arrayed as accused. Seen the FIR. The allegations are mainly against husband-Tushar, who is said to have not been arrested. It is he who is main culprit. So far as these applicants are concerned, perusal of the FIR shows that there is no overt act by which they could be said to be responsible for the death of wife of Tushar. In that view of the matter, I make the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.606/2015 is allowed.

(ii) Applicant no.1-Pravinkumar Gangadhar Dongarwar and applicant no.2-Smt. Jayashree Pravin Dongarwar be released on bail on they executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount.
