Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Perused the FIR and seen the other police papers. The allegations are against the husband who was ill-treating the deceased under the influence of alcohol and used to demand money. The allegations against this applicant are of general nature and responsibility fully lay on the husband. Counsel for the applicant submits that the husband is in jail. There is a prima facie case against the husband rather than against the present applicants.

In the circumstances, Rule is made absolute in terms of the interim order dated 10th November, 2015. Judge |hedau|
