The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the non-compliance of the ad-interim order dated 08.08.2018 by which the petitioner was permitted to continue at Zilla Parishad Primary School, Ekarjuna, Panchayat Samiti Warora, District Chandrapur.

Shri S.U. Nemade, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that presently the petitioner is continued at the said school. This fact is reiterated by Shri B.N. Jaipurkar, learned counsel for the respondent no.1. In that view of the matter we do not find it necessary to keep the present proceedings pending. Any further grievance can always be raised by the petitioner in the writ petition since it is pending. The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.
