Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Perused the FIR.

The allegations made by a Class-IV woman employee against the applicant, who is working in a Govt. Office, are serious. The present applicant has acted in a totally irresponsible and outrageous manner with a Class-IV woman employee working in his office. No case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail. Criminal Application [ABA] No. 610 of 2015 is rejected. Interim order is vacated.
