CIVIL APPLICATION No.1898 OF 2019 This is an application filed under Order VII Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code on behalf of respondent No.3 seeking dismissal of the Election Petition at the outset, on the basis of various grounds raised in the said application.

Issue notice on this application returnable on 18th October 2019. Shri. Nitesh Gwalvanshi appearing for Shri. Rathod, waives notice on behalf of the petitioner.
