Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal as he has inadvertently invoked the appellate jurisdiction by challenging the judgment dated 6th January, 2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class in Summary Criminal Case No. 880 of 2014 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
