Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Perused the reply, paragraph No.2 of which, reads thus: "2.

.......................The complainant left the house of Aashish along with his friend Rakesh on a motor cycle to go to his house and when they were crossing the Zilla Parishad square, Bhandara they were intercepted by the applicants. The applicants were armed with knife and iron rod. The complainant was stopped by the applicants and beaten by them. The applicant no.1 Manoj Naokhare started beating the complainant and assaulted the latter by a knife and caused injury to the left side of his waist. The applicant no.2 also assaulted the complainant by knife. The applicant no.3 assaulted the complainant by iron rod on his head."

06.01.aba.613.15 In view of the injuries sustained by the complainant and the role played by each of the applicant, the prayer for anticipatory bail cannot be considered.

Criminal Application (ABA) No. 613/2015 is rejected.
