Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

According to him, in 2015 the select list was published, in which his name is appeared, but the appointment order was not issued in his faovur. He submits that similarly situated persons were granted appointment orders.

We have gone through the record of the case, there are absolutely no pleadings in the petition to justify his legal right that once the person's name appears in the selection list, he must be issued an appointment order. Even otherwise, there is no legal right vested in the petitioner to claim appointment merely because his name appeared in the selection list, that too of the year 2015. 4.
