"Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to delete names of respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Granted at the risk of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the parties submits that the matter has been settled between the parties. A joint affidavit of compromise is tendered across the bar. Taken on record. The joint affidavit is signed by petitioners and respondent No.1 and their counsel. 4.
I have interacted with petitioner No.1 and respondent No.1. It appears that parties have willingly entered into compromise. However, petitioner No.2 is not present.

Petitioner No.2 shall personally remain present before the Court on 30.06.2025. Petitioner No.1 and respondent No.1 are, however, exempted from appearing in the Court personally.
Stand over to 30.06.2025."

In response to the said order, petitioner No.2 is present. He submits that the parties have willfully entered into the compromise. That being so, the compromise could be acted upon. 3.
In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of joint affidavit of compromise dated 25.06.2025. (Anil L. Pansare, J.) Kahale
