DATED : 13 MARCH, 2015 A clerical error has cropped up in paragraph 3 while referring to Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code in line 3 thereof. The error being clerical needs to be corrected and now, the words, "read with Section 149" shall be substituted in place of the digit '149' appearing after the digit '148' and also "punishable under Section 307" shall be substituted in place of the words, 'and 307' in line No.4.

The order stands corrected accordingly.
