This is an application for speaking to minutes by respondent No.1.2 in Family Court Appeal No.56/2014. 2.

This Court vide judgment and order dated 21.10.2022 dismissed the said Family Court Appeal filed by the wife. However, in the judgment and order some typographical mistakes are occurred and the same are corrected, as under:

(i) words, "Accordingly, point Nos.2 to 4 are answered in negative", appearing at paragraph No.30 (page No.28), should be read as, "Accordingly, point Nos.2 and 3 are answered in affirmative and 4 is answered in negative".

(ii) words, "Learned Advocate for the appellant-wife" appearing in 5th line from the top of page No.21 (paragraph No.22) and at .....2/-

cao948.22 1 paragraph No.23 (page No.21), should be read as, "Learned Advocate for the respondent-husband." (iii) The surname "Mattewar", Advocate for Respondent No.1.2 appearing in cause title and at paragraph No.8 (page No.7), should be read as, "Matetwar".

The corrections be carried out and corrected copy of order be uploaded accordingly.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
