It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondents that during the pendency of the present appeal, Kaduba Ananda Shinde was expired and his legal heirs were brought on record. However, in the meantime, legal heirs of Kaduba namely Natahbai Kaduba Shinde i.e. respondent no.1-A is also expired on 26.7.2023. The death certificates of Natahbai and legal her certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat is placed on record in support of his submission.

Hence, considering the fact that the legal heirs of Kaduba and Natahbai being already on record as respondent no.1B to 1E, hold the joint bank account in Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Limited at Branch Jalgaon, are permitted to withdraw the remaining amount from the Registry of this court, subject to satisfaction of the Registrar (Judcial) along with accrued interest thereon.
