Perused reply. The fact, that the petitioners have made representations on 4.8.2002 or, thereafter, on 30.10.2015, is not in dispute. It appears that on 22.12.2009, proposal to condone break in their services was forwarded by respondent No.4-Municipal Council to respondent No.2- Education Officer.

No decision, as yet, has been taken on those representations.

Hence, without observing anything on merits, we direct respondent No.2-The Education Officer (Secondary) to take suitable decision, on mode and manner, in which employment was provided to the .....2/-

wp6355.15 petitioners and to take suitable decision on their representations, within a period of three months from today. If necessary, an opportunity of hearing shall be extended to the petitioners.

With these directions and keeping all rival contentions open, we dispose of the writ petition. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE !! BRW !!
