Date : 19 th November, 2015 Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties. For the reasons stated in para 3 of this civil application, the time to deposit the amount as per the order passed by this Court on 15-9-2015 is extended by a further period of four weeks; failing which the order of injunction confirmed by this Court on 15-9-2015 shall stand automatically vacated, and the defendants shall be at liberty to deal with the property in such manner as they deem fit and proper; however that shall be subject to the result of the suit. Needless to say that merely because this Court has acted upon the averments made in para 3 of this civil application, it shall not bind the Trial Court and the Trial Court shall proceed to decide the matter on its own merits.
