This is an application for permission to incorporate additional substantial questions of law. This court on 11/08/2003 has admitted the present appeal on the substantial questions of law at Sr.Nos.1, 2, 3 and 4 of the appeal memo.

It is always open for the appellants to point out that more substantial questions of law are involved in the appeal at the time of final hearing. The application is disposed of by observing that at the time of final hearing if the Court is of the opinion that more substantial questions of law are arising as mentioned in this application, those will be considered on merits.
