This is an application filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 seeking a direction for transfer of amount deposited in this Court to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati, in view of the fact that the appeal was dismissed by order dated 23.09.2019 passed by this Court.

In view of the above, the prayer is granted and it is directed that the amount deposited in this Court in First Appeal No. 1298 of 2018 be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati.
