The applicant has apprehension of arrest in connection with Crime No.1130 of 2023 registered with Railway Police Station Nagpur, district Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant is already protected by this Court by granting ad-interim anticipatory bail on 10.10.2025 by passing detailed order. The applicant is attending the police station as per the conditions imposed and also co-operating the police.
