The said applications along with Election Petition were kept for hearing today i.e. 09.10.2019.

The learned counsel for petitioner has filed Civil Application (O) No. 1934/2019 seeking

2 / 2 cao1626 & 1718.19 adjournment stating that a leave note has been filed on behalf of Shri.Rathod for the period w.e.f. 07th October 2019 to 11th October 2019 and on this ground, a short adjournment is requested. Hence, the said application is allowed and the Election Petition is adjourned to 18th October 2019. Civil Application (O) No.1626/2019 and 1718/2019 also stand adjourned to 18th October 2019.

ELECTION PETITION No.08 OF 2019 In view of aforesaid applications filed on behalf of respondents No. 1 & 2 for their deletion from the array of respondents which are under consideration before this Court, the time to file reply / written statement to the Election Petition for the said respondents is extended until further orders. CIVIL APPLICATION (O) No. 1936 OF 2019 This is an application filed by respondent No.3 seeking further time to file reply to the Election Petition. Since the Election Petition is adjourned to 18th October 2019, time is extended till then and the application is disposed of.
