The learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application and requests that the interim protection granted by this Court may be continued for two weeks to enable the applicant to seek regular bail before the trial Court.

The learned Addl. P.P. has opposed the request made on behalf of the applicant for continuing interim protection.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The applicant shall surrender till 16th June, 2017. If the applicant fails to surrender till 16th June, 2017, his conduct may be noted at all the stages of the proceedings.
