DATED : 28.11.2025 Vide order dated 21.11.2025, we had disposed of the criminal application, since there are some irregularities in the affidavit supporting the application. We have called report of the Registrar, pursuant to that order, the Assistant Section Officer has filed a report which reads as under : "This pertains to Criminal Application (APL) No. 1497/2024 filed by way of e-filing No.
AMH2023005471c202400009-2024 and the same was scrutinised online. At the time of verification it is found that the original affirmation with seal of notary is uploaded after prayer on page no.11 to 13 (print copy of page Nos. 10 to 13 is taken
(2) 913 apl 1497-2024 out from e-filing 3.0 through view e-filing is enclosed herewith). However, the said seal of notary is not reflected in hard copy supplied by counsel for the applicant."

In that view of the matter, no further orders are necessary since the original Criminal Application (APL) is already disposed of.
