Heard learned counsel Shri T.S.Deshpande for the applicant.

These are applications for condonation of delay and for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed by the Registrar (J) vide order dated 31.7.2017. 3.

For non-removal of office objections, the writ petition was dismissed by the Registrar (J). The petition was not even registered when the writ petition was dismissed by order of the Registrar.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that if the writ petition is restored, he will remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today positively. 5.

After having gone through contents of applications, I am of view that the applicant has made out a case in her favour.

Consequently, applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. Order of the Registrar (J) is set aside. The writ petition stamp is restored to its file. The petitioner shall .....2/-
